Since 2022, I co-lead the Women Employee Resource Group (ERG) at TikTok Germany. In this internal leadership role, I coordinate cross-functional collaboration to foster visibility, inclusion and engagement for women in the company.

We Got Business

Additionally, I co-founded 'We Got Business', a female career format hosted externally. It includes keynote sessions, panel discussions, and mentoring designed to empower women across all industries. Our goal is to enhance career development, visibility, and allyship for female talent.
