I have 2+ years in people management, 6+ years in digital marketing, 3+ years experience in tech sales and consultancy: always at the intersection of technology, creativity, and strategy.

Founder
CareConsulting365 is a healthcare-focused consulting firm that I founded and led end-to-end. I was responsible for the full business setup and strategic development, from initial concept to market launch and operational execution. Over a period of two years, I managed a small, 100% female team that I personally recruited and led, including the leadership and continuous development of two team members whom I coached and managed throughout the entire period. This role significantly enhanced my leadership skills, resilience, and strategic thinking, while deepening my understanding of the healthcare sector and consulting frameworks.
