Shaped by years of ski racing and coaching, I bring high energy, strong drive, and a get-things-done mentality into everything I do. I have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, 3+ years in tech sales, and 3+ years in consultancy – always at the intersection of technology, creativity, and strategy. 

​From working at TikTok to launching my own venture and consulting clients, I’ve built a 360° perspective on marketing and sales. I’m passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI, and I’m looking for a role where I can bring my full energy, keep growing, and support others in reaching their potential. â€‹

Since 2022, I work as a Client Solutions Manager at TikTok, leading key accounts in the tech vertical. In this role, I manage complex advertising partnerships, develop integrated marketing strategies, and consult clients on their full-funnel media investments. I co-led the setup and growth of the tech industry vertical in Germany, creating customized go-to-market approaches and executing cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and data teams. My responsibilities also include building client relationships with global tech brands and developing innovative, ROI-driven campaign solutions tailored to each partner's needs. I have received internal recognition for building scalable approaches and acting as a strategic business partner within the sales organization.

PwC 
Technology Consultant

At PwC, I worked at the intersection of technology and strategy consulting – with a focus on CRM strategy and digital transformation for large international enterprises. My role involved close collaboration with project leads and senior executives to shape go-to-market strategies, craft high-stakes pitches for major initiatives, and develop decision-ready content for top management.

My sweet spot: connecting tech expertise with business goals and customer needs – especially in the context of global Salesforce programs. I gained deep insight into the strategic priorities of major corporations, learned how to structure complex change initiatives, and how to deliver content that speaks directly to decision-makers.

This experience has shaped how I think about enterprise-wide transformation, leadership dynamics, and the bigger-picture perspective that great consulting requires.

Founder

CareConsulting365 is a healthcare-focused consulting firm that I founded and led end-to-end. I was responsible for the full business setup and strategic development – from initial concept to market launch and operational execution. Over a period of two years, I managed a small, 100% female team that I personally recruited, and drove the company forward with a clear, entrepreneurial mindset. This role significantly enhanced my leadership skills, resilience, and strategic thinking, while deepening my understanding of the healthcare sector and consulting frameworks.
